Class Types

Power: A dynamic, ‘old school’ Power Yoga vinyasa class that flows to breath, in a room heated to 30 deg, to aid in detoxing the body through perspiration and circulation, whilst also providing a mental challenge.

This class increases cardiovascular activity, and fat burning all while you build dynamic strength, and increase your flexibility. This class is taught with modern day philosophy woven into the experience. Powerful body, open heart, and a quiet mind - are all products of this class.


Power Focus: A practice which stays true to vinyasa flow but uses intelligent sequencing to bring a particular focus to your experience. Also conducted in a room heated to 30 degrees with all the benefits. This class educates, challenges, and offers a lot more than your regular flow class - inviting a deepening of your understanding of poses, alignment, and physical integrity. This class is taught with modern day philosophy woven into the experience. Physical power, creative fire, and a calm attitude - are all products of this class.


Yin: A practice which offers floor based, longer held postures (3-5 mins) with awareness and sensitivity. Yin opens the gateway to deeper access into our bodies, often restricted through injury (past or present), or illness to slowly but surely stimulate our connective tissue. This tissue is often left untouched in our day to day activities, and becomes tight, constricting joints and causing stiffness and immobility. This class can also help correct postural imbalance created by tighter tissue. It is taught with modern day philosophy woven into the experience. Free and open in body, heart and mind - all benefits of this class.
