How do I get Started?

Easy Way

Step 1:   Check our online schedule for a class time that suits you.  Online Schedule. No need to book in for your first class, just turn up.

Step 2:   Pack a mat (If you have one, if not, we do) a towel and a bottle of water (Again we have those). Wear light stretchy clothing. Remember to bring a smile, but leave any and all pre conceived ideas behind.

Step 3:  Turn up around 15 minutes before the scheduled time so you can complete a quick health check form and meet the teacher.

Step 4:   Be prepared to be light and enjoy!!

Organised Way

Step 1:   Check our online schedule for a class time that suits you.  Online Schedule. Select a class to Sign up to then setup an online account by following the steps (Saves time later)…

Step 2:   Buy a class pass online. If you have not been to the studio before you can purchase our introductory offer $49 for 30 days. This is to give you the chance to use the studios as often as you like so you can work out what works best for you.

Step 3: Download the attached Health Check form Here, complete and bring it along with you.
